See, I'm a Capricorn, and I'm telling you this right now, we are the main ones that need rest because WERE ALWAYS WORKING! Be it that you work in corporate, the CEO of your own Company or a stay at home mom, we're always striving and scrapping to inch a little bit closer to our goals. Unfortunately, a fast-paced life can easily lead to a fast burn out as well! Well, I decided to chose Army fatigue over life fatigue today! When your feeling sluggish and unmotivated, I have the answer that will help you feel better almost instantly... I promise it will put you in a better mood. The key to feeling energized is: Put on something that makes you feel *blank*. Your "blank" can be whatever you want it to be. It can be sexy, strong, beautiful, accomplished, happy, confident, just to name a few. I find that throwing on a simple vest and heels can make my mood change for the better. It doesn't take much.
